i get this when i try to open ovi map..tried to use ovi suite download bac but ovi suite din detect anything in my phone..and said my phone cant support ovi map?
this happen when i flash bac to OFW n hard reset.

Hmm, i think you should go to update the Ovi Maps APPLICATION first. I am also having trouble of updating the Maps for my customer for the new handsets as i need to "accept" the license agreement first before i can update the Maps. Otherwise, it won't be able to detect what Maps is installed inside.

The phone need to be hacked 1st before u can use hacked theme effect

Now using C6 CFW on my 1+ yrs old 5800.
With C6 CFW, now with better :

1. Smart widget Homescreen (with Nokia Notification and Bot, what smartphone should be).
2. Better Gallery, Contacts.
3. Slide to unLock screen with clock (but C5-03 tap to unlock is much better).

Yeah, now my C6 CFW is using C5-03 tap to unlock.
The million dollar question is will Nokia make all this
available to our old N5800XM.

Can I still claim warranty? Cos the LCD(LCD gets blur when cold) problem occurred after one year, mine is nokia warranty though.

perhaps u can try to calibrate ur touchscreen 1st...go to settings>>phone>>touch input>>touch screen calibration

nope2..it's not the calibration...its my screen itself..i dont know whether its my lcd or my touchscreen function...

Nokia even has encryption on Nokia C5-03 firmware, they called it the Hash Check.
Nokia do this to prevent C5-03 Firmware being ported or CFW on C5-03...
But some parts of the Firmware still can be ported

If the hw profile are about the same it mean porting the cfw are possible... it only will have difficulties if the hw profile are different...
