But mine is a oversized Rofs2 because of adding chinese language

Try go to *#0000# and update 1st see got help or not
For example, some phone comes with product code that cannot update to latest FW (especially AP set and water set)
So u need to change the phone's product code that can be updated to V52 or just download V52 FW and flash it.
(Product code and firmware download can be find/downloaded by using NAVIFIRM.

But i feel that Opera Mobile V10.1 beta always has "Memory full" when i use it. the older ver dun has this prob.
Not sure weather is C6 CFW the cause or the V10.1's bugs...

Mine come with Class 4 4gb card.
Later buy a 8Gb San Disk Class 4.
No problem at all
Only the San Disk Class 4 is faster few times than the 1 that comes with my phone
