I thought wanna buy a klx 250sf. for travelling back to hometown from highway for CNY. so can show off when go back convoy with my cousins and friends cars and during cny can show off around ppl there. especially when they play fireworks i just rev loudly super moto style.

but the new one fuel injection they made it shorter this year...

it would be different from other bikes and get to wear moto x helmet.

but its more expensive than ninja 250r and slower obviously.

then i look at ninja250, looks quite big with the nice fairings. old style speedometer.. i like it when the engine is off.

I rather it sit quietly and park there.

coz ninja sound i dont like. coz v twin not inline sound not nice .. sounds like tong kosong only .... looks like superbike but sound like little bike (terencat sikit no offence)

i like klx supermoto coz new styling, if taller then better ... also the sound very mantap. supermoto sound . Idling ok then revving sound very loud braappppp

So which would you preffer on sound, and advice please for me which to get ? cry.gif icon_question.gif drool.gif

u already got the answer..different bike..different purpose. but i'll choose the klx for fun! ninja 250 looks sporty but u know it's not that sporty..not that fast. we'r talking abt new ninja twin cylinders..not the old more powerful 4 cylinder 16valves ninja 250.
how much is the klx250 actually?

Ninja 250, really no kick at all (acceleration is pitiful), even the new kips are better.

hi,

myself also using KLX, but 150 cc.. hehe.. also owned suzuki Belang.. bought this KLX because tired with Belang riding style..

KLX is fun, especially for town commuting.. u know how Malaysia's road condition.. can walk through divider, do stunt.. but the speed not really fast..

Ninja 250r also build for town commuting as well.. but with sportier looks, and very nice for long distance.. The new 2010 EFI edition can save a lot of fuel.. can beat ex5 FC.. seriously said..

u better top up your money and get a second hand er6n straightaway,
it is much more powerful than 250cc bike but is still newbie friendly..
the problem is that you still have to obtain a bfull licence first
