i juz bought a phonak audeo 132 from jaben, but i wonder how can i keep my IEM in a better way, coz i worried that i will damage the cable while putting it in the pouch given, its small and feeling difficult in putting it in....

Added on May 26, 2012, 1:17 pmand btw, how do i supposed to do in order to claim the warranty for my phonak audeo pfe 132, i cant find any warranty card inside, its ok with juz the receipt will do provide the same feature to claim warranty?

i having some issues with my earphone now, its perfect new yesterday and its sound perfectly well, but today when i used it, i heard some noise from it, something like zzz.... sound, so i wonder if that is oni my own problem or wat, hope u guys can help to test out, 2mr i going to jaben, i wonder do you guys open regularly?

ok, i think i will going there 2mr, nid you guys to help me out, even my sister also say so, using different player and playing diff song.... the song is playing nicely, but juz a little bit noise can really spoilt the sound performance
