Nowadays, price level of consumer goods are rising dramatically due to rising of petrol price. The situation will continuously growth until the bubble of petrol burst, but however, due to lots of constraint (coz still many industry live because of petrol), so petrol still will be stem of the world for at least 10-15 years. This is a phenomena that not some tiny people like us could control. Life are getting harder and tougher nowadays, especially to those with low income and medium ranged income level.

So, since we cant change the big things, why not we work out to get ourselves a better living world?

As a future ecopreneur and entrepreneur, i have come out with a vision: To create a better and greener living space for people, helping to save cost by reducing the space needed for living, apply space utilization into housing design and interior design.

I am Edison Teo, an entrepreneurship degree holder, entrepreneur in this decades are not all about money, is about helping each other to survive, and create a greener world...As nowadays, the world is almost corrupt because of unethical business and greed of human . We are not one of them, we should build up a clean industry, free from greed .

You've made a very good point here. I'm in the architecture line and we're all mainly taught how to go greener. Every proposal has to relate to ecofriendliness.

Question is, who would spend that amount for you to build some green building?

Well, the funding is not a crucial part of a business proposal, the tough one for us is a sustainable concept and idea, as long as the idea really good enough to sell themselves then most of the problem will be settle. Requirement of a good idea or a good design is they are sustainable in business world (means wont make lost), have a high growth potential...

So, are you an architect? We might share my core concept with you, if you interest with. i need profession like you all, what i can do is commercialize the product/services. Is all about business, but business doesn't mean greed, improve human lifestyle is 1st priority for me.

ya.. It is quite hard to change the mindset to go for more expensive initial cost for green building. Imagine just substitute fluorescent light with LED light and the cost ....

Ya, i don't quite know about the costing, but yeap, you are right, if the cost is lower then everyone will start to use it ady...however there are always solution...wsrulez, you are architect too?
