bad day for the ref. but im not really care. someday it goes our way, someday it goes against us.

love the result, but not the game. hopefully we can improve and full assault all 3 competitions.

Arsenal n City failed to win, it means an extra game for the title challengers.

anyone watch last nite classic spur vs united 2001/2002

what a comeback from united.. dont quite remember seeing it until veron winning goal and beck finish it. beckham also captain the side. been a while since we made such a comeback. lately ski and arsenal i think look better making comeback than us

cant wait for this weekend clash.. another cracker of goals will be great. wont mind we slip few goals as long we bag 3 point

2008/09; Spurs (Home); PL.

it was April, we and Liverpool are neck to neck.

Spurs led 2-0 at half time. SAF subbed in Tevez for ineffective Nani, virtually formed 4-2-4 formation with Berbatov, Rooney and Ronaldo. we rampaged 5-2 win (though the 1st goal are came from dubious penalty /Gomez brought Carrick down). 1 of the best game of the season, alongside Villa 3-2 (Home) /Macheda introduction.

this season 2-2 draw against Villa (Away) are good comeback. we are very lively in the last 10minutes. almost snatch a winner.

My line-up would be

VDS
Rafael-Vidic-Ferdinand-Evra
Nani-Carrick-Fletcher-Anderson-Giggs
Rooney
Anderson to help upfront with Rooney. Carrick to control midfield. Fletcher to backup defense against Van Der Vaart.
*
my preferred line up too. Rooney arent in his top form, but he's certainly the best choice to play alone up front. Berba can enter in latter stage of the match, if we chase the game.

4-4-2 are too risky, but if SAF opt to 4-4-2, it'll be an open and cracking match. either we spank them, or we lose our unbeaten record.

^im please if Sunderland sell Bent. it'll make a room for Welbeck to shine as Striker. Bent-Gyan-Welback, Welback will play more as a winger.

great performance and great results (coupled with Citeh result)

like to mention Fabio's performance. he looked very shaky wasnt him? Giggs /Rooney (LW) and Vidic bailed him out few times. apparently Brum game plan was to attack his side in 2nd half.

hopefully he'll tune himself and keep progressing like his brother. our depth of defense will be sort out..

i wouldn't mind if the owners are real football fans like Roman but it would be bad if we get some crazy lunatic owner like what RM is dealing with now.
*
i dont like owners like Roman. yes, he's big football fan. but interfering team affair too much. he should leave it to the experts. but seem his understanding of the game are better lately (patience with Chelsea's current dismal form).

Glazers are better. i dont know whether they really a fans or pure businessmen , but at least they let SAF and co running the show totally. doesnt me i love them, but they're still better. things may change if SAF replacement in the future which certainly not influential as SAF is. maybe Glazers today understand how big SAF stature in OT, so they just let SAF do his things. bigger transfer kitty from them will be nicer though, but im grateful on our current state (except the huge debts).

Sheikhs in City spending like a fools. but from few interviews i watched, i think they are smart people. they took massive risk by spending big to overturn City from mediocre club tu bigger one. they will reap their rewards in the next 5 years (hopefully not). but like old saying, Rome arent built in a day.

football ownership are totally different between Spain and England. in Spain, most clubs (like Real Madrid and Barca) had huge numbers of shareholders and had public equity. they select president by election within shareholders. i prefer this system though its so much politic involved. Florentino Pérez (Real Madrid President) is a politician. he made sweet promise during election and need to delivered it by any means (signing Galacticos and win things). if he failed, he'll boot out in the next election.

in England, numbers of club (like United, Pool, Chelsea) owned by single owner/few major owners (like Arsenal). so the owner/s had total control over the clubs like Pte Ltd company.
