using bodypack - urban equip. bought at times square for 100++ . 1 year warranty. really comfortable for my notebook. now using this running around klcc - tmn melati - lowyat really spacious inside.

well dunno if its lowyat down or my crappy computer heres the pic. will post the interior later. overall its a good back since it have the silicon thingy (same like my jansport knapsack)

no la. its bodypack. go to times square. 1st floor if im not wrong. saw crumpler in call for help if im not wrong. dont think you can get it in malaysia. usually in malaysia its dicota, targus, samsonite (super expensive).

yah forgot. inside the bag got the shops's add. tear proof, lot01-05, 1 floor, times square.

well whats to sorry about it? its cheap. comes with a warranty. and did i mention its cheap? aslong as i can carry my m2013 freely and comfortable-ly. heh.

heh then join the urban equip club la it costs roughly around 150. Skylinestar has posted the picture. really spacious inside. i tought that airlift tech is patented by jansport.

My urban equip backpack has been a very working fine for the past 3 years. Now the gel-like substance (at the shoulder) already gone (most of it) so its time to get a new backpack. Shops around and found this mammoth.

Since my height and the size of my body, most of the bags will make me look an adult wearing a kid backpack .So i have to get a nice huge backpack for me. It retails at RM225 @ Tear proof shop BTS and loving it ever since (really spacious inside)

True. Their branding do carry some weight to an extend. However you should go and see / touch it yourself. Heres a few pointer (what i usually do) when buying a notebook backpack.

1. Look the general design of the back pack and try it to see you're comfortable with it. The design should suits you best as in my humble opinion its really useless if you have to bring 2-3 other bags daily to compensate the backpack lack of space.Please try to avoid the shoulder sling type bag at all cost. Unless you're carrying eepc its ok .

2. Check the stitches at shoulder strap and end of the backpack. Here we'll see a different price have different quality stitches and built. However, take this into consideration. Do you handle your backpack roughly (ie throws it away when at home, just kick it around like 3 yrs old kid when tired) Then you might need a solid steel box If your normal routine would be cramped in lrt or driving as long as the stitches looks sturdy then you're good to go.

2.1. Note the shoulder strap to. If its to thin then its better not to take it. Go for the ones that have some sort of gel-like substance as it is much more comfortable when you have to stand inside train for 45 minutes

3. Notebook padding. This also applies on how do you handle your notebook backpack rule. If you always roughing it its better to take thicker padding (which is kinda waste of space in my opinion). If you have to carry thick textbooks(for students) its suitable to get a thick padding as i scared the weight might do harm on your notebook.

This is a general guidelines for me when it comes to pick a notebook backpack. Just want to shared it with you guys. I'll post what did i haul on everyday basis and on weekend basis (as i am stationed at JB and based at KL )

Me thinks it'll fit in. The strap to secure the top portion of the notebook padding is made longer on purpose. Since my notebook are 15'4 Inch (old-school square notebook ones) the extra portion i use to secure the power supply adapter and PSP adapter.
