Hopefully, this wasn't already been mentioned. My apologies if it has(I tried skimming through pages back to 98 & searched the site).

I'll be on the market for a backpack soon and I've had my eyes on the Boblbee Megalopolis Aero

Does anyone have experience with this bag? How's the quality? Any foreseeable problems with it? I intend to use it for trips between school and home via motorcycle(so the accessories helmet harness will come in handy) and possibly on some hiking trips.

I believe All IT Hypermart got the most choices.. unless you are looking for something unique. u can try Click Here for more choices of laptop bags like booq, etc. Well... u need to order online.

Have u tried looking around at the curve/cineleasure damansara? im sure there are quite number of computer shops.. or even u can try digital mall ss14 PJ.

It looks like my previous image didn't show up. Either that or I'm being ignored. Hopefully there are a few people here that own this bag, I'm looking to get some opinions on them.
I know the style is a bit old but they're just getting into my price point so I'm really thinking hard about getting one.

I'm not sure which one people are referring to either. I've never seen the bag you own but it looks real nice. I'm sure you can chime in on the specs of that bag.

As for the Boblbee Aero bag, it's not waterproof. While I'm sure the hard shell on the Aero can deflect water but the strap side is all nylon(from what I read). This is where the accessory rain tarp comes into play. Its basically used to cover the entire bag to prevent moisture from seeping in. I'm sure if people wanted to risk it, they could probably use a garbage bag in the same way. Also from the specs, the Aero seems to be capable of holding a 15" inch laptop + a few other items. Btw, the hard shell on the Aero is supposedly certified for motorist use, I'm not sure how they measure the hardness of the shell but it sounds pretty strong.

Here's the rain cover:

lol, can't tell if your being obnoxious or really like the idea. Either way, it's a pretty old style bag considering it came out I think in 2006 or possibly earlier. I'm surprised nobody owns this bag, I kinda like it. A cousin of mine had one when he came to visit the states. I didn't get a chance to really look into it. Something about the hard shell and the possible expansion on this bag really intrigues me.

Once again, if anyone owns this bag please let me know how you feel about it. I'm rather curious about the quality and overall handling of this bag. It seems like it can handle many different scenarios, i.e work, school, hiking, cycling, etc...

I'll probably get one next month. I've only found sites that sell them, although from their official website boblbee.com, there are some stores that carry them. I'll check them out at the stores first and see how I like them.

It does look slightly heavy, and I purposely chose the biggest ones they have. But there are smaller versions of this bag(and pink colored ones) so I'm guessing it's unisex. I'll post more information about it once I find a store that carries them.

About 720-something MYR or 199 USD.

Perhaps you might want to invest in some spikes as well, you can glue it to the shell so nobody would dare get close to you. I'll report back after I've gotten the bag or at the very least tried it out so I can decide on the quality and whether or not to buy it.

happy b-day btw.
