QUOTE(Crazy.SoT.Gila @ Nov 13 2008, 03:15 PM) Got myself an Adidas backpack recently. Was initially aiming for a Targus, but most of it are priced doubled or more of Adidas', not to mention I like Adidas' design more The Adidas also has a padded compartment for the lappie like a Targus ? |

hey guys i just got a crumpler part&parcel a week ago... it's a little on the pricey side but it has all the features i want. a fully padded laptop compartment (fits most 15" laptops), lots of room for books and i'm sure it can double as an overnight bag, a few large compartments, comes with the comfy padded shoulder strap, third leg that stops the bag flapping around, and the convenient adjustable length of strap.
only downside, the bag itself has some weight due to all the padding.. i got it for $200 in australia. that's about rm460 at the moment i think came with lots of funky freebies too |

If you travel regularly, including neigbouring countries like Singapore and Thailand, it pays to buy such bags, including camera bags there. Savings as high as 50% and it puzzles me why we have to pay a bomb in Malaysia when hardware - notebooks and cameras are competitively priced.
Blame on taxes and duties? Taxes can't be over 50% or are we Malaysians being shortchanged? |
