If I use 5GHz 24/7,your 4GHZ should be no problem.

For me yes on UD7(F7e),at least stop numerous on/off in BIOS screen after BSOD or freeze in OS(bad OC).
Also,I can flash now with Q-Flash
Of course,a lot of another things should be improved,like memory compatibility .

When I have unstable OC,freeze/BSOD or any fault,I cut the power to the PSU and BIOS give me my setting back.
