hi, can any1 teach me how to adjust ram or oc it? So far my i5 2500k oc to 4.5GHz stable, but my ram settings leave default.

hi, i having some weird problem oc my i5 2500k, my motherboard is msi p67a-gd65, i oc to 4.7GHz currently, when i boot up my pc, it power on few sec then power off, after few sec it power again itself and boot into windows, look for solution from oc sifu.
