Guys, im new in this overclocking stuff and spec as siggy shown.

so i7 2600k i try to put on 4.5Ghz on 1.255v izzit too low for stability ??

I m very new in this overclock stuff...so someone please guild me ...T.T

Previously what i had done... i put 4.5ghz on 1.38v and run Prime95 for 8 hours+ and no error which is good...but i try to do some rendering on twilight after 20 minutes the com reboot itself..any clue of this happening?

Do i need to DISABLE the CPU SPECTRUM to get the chip stable??

Try increasing the vcore slowly and test for stability. Well there are tons of information in this thread, don't be lazy and go read it up. As for the CPU SPECTRUM, it's better to leave it disable. If the comp reboots itself, there may be many factors.
1. Temp
2. Unstable OC

what i had try is using the Intel Burn in test..I try normal and high both passed.

But once i try Very high, my rig automatically reboot. that's mean not stable??

Do i need to do the test until Maximum setting and yet passed?
