m4e ppl heads up on  that bios 1101

uses more vccio a lot more lol.
and u cannot rollback if u flash to that bios

Maximus IV Extreme - 1101 Change Log -
- Improved OC performance using Multipliers or Auto Overclocking
- Improved BCLK and DRAM OC capabilities when enabling the “Internal PLL Overvoltage” option in BIOS. Note - Sleep/Hibernate will not operate properly due to Intel Specs.
- Improved Memory Profiles and Performance (Elpida Hyper owners, please use Red Slots for best performance, CFG Lock to Disable should improve SuperPI times)
- Per Core Save Fixed
- Minor Bug Fixes
- Auto Voltage Resume Fix

CODE
Please note - Enabling Memory Bandwidth Boost will tighten memory subtimings and can cause non-post conditions with certain memory kits. It is currently optimized for Elpida Hyper and High Speed PSC ICs. This setting will be optimized with additional memory profiles over time and we are working on "best" settings for mainstream kits now. I recommend unless you are trying to set SuperPI records with the above kits that most users leave this option disabled. It is meant for "on the edge" overclocking.

UD7 is good for 5.0GHz and below only.
5.1GHz @ 1.55v bios set LLC2 load @ 1.608v still BSOD 101 (not enuf vcore)
on M4E 5.1GHz @ 1.51v bios set 100% LLC load @ 1.536v stable d.
*
My UD7 with 5.1GHz no problem(Vcore 1.50,LLC2),will try 5.2 and above.Even with uncompatible memory.

The vcore vary from board to board and some board require a few step higher voltage to stable at same clock speed.

Pi doesnt really stress CPU bro i can pass all 32m without changing ram settings from x50 to x53.
For sure LinX and Prime95 need more vcore, tweaking n settings especially on Win7 SP1

wrong changelog.
this is for the 1090
No CFG option for 1101

The changelog should be the same as the one with the updated UEFI firmware

Overpriced.

Domt gt's the best on psc's other than the gtx3's are the 6gb kits followed by the 4gb kits for 2k C8.

Look for non rated P67's kits and u find a lot of cheaper options and better priced

Current market rate wouldnt pay more than RM420 for a good PSC 4gb kit.

y not ask CEX for this 2.3k C8 Gskill Pi??

Ure limitation is also ure ud7 mobo. Ure hoping for the engineers to do the dram timing clocks and skews and mobo skews for u.
While asus has two versions of every bios . one dram closed and the other one open on special subtimings etc

Need that second one.

2.3 c8 Cex kit are sold.
Yes,I know that BIOS play vital role for timing, hope they will do something with B3 series.
Asus has better BIOS support atm.
As for asked Ram above Rev.A have XMP 9-10-9-24@1.65V and Rev.B 9-10-9-27@1.5V (both are 7.1).
On sale are only Rev.A(RM580).
