The vcore vary from board to board and some board require a few step higher voltage to stable at same clock speed.

seldom see u clock 5GHz+ lately that's what SB was born for.  smile.gif
Saw ur P67 Fatal1ty posted here last month is it not good enuf?
*
Personal preference. Given you 5GHz, are you fully utilise the speed and also with more heat output except the numbers is look nicer in benchmarks. Just find the sweet spot correspond to your comfortable heat output.

Only max the hws when there is a need. smile.gif

The Professional board would be a choice for 24/7 set up. Top end boards are mean to max the hws in benchmarking and not much different from mid range boards in 24/7 setup.

eh
thats not stable bro

try prime95 latest with avx

memtest doesnt stress avx.

best ram i have seen so far is still with act lol
his ram does 2133 C7 at 1.55v
technically he should be able to do 2175mhz at 1.625v
*
300% of memtest just serve as a milestone. I dun have SP1 installed on my bench hdd.

As you know, memory are behave different even the same pair and the voltage vary from motherboard to motherboard. One work higher and one work lower.

Definately my pair is not binned from GSKILL. smile.gif

PS: Received quite a few of PM enquiry about GSKILL memory hence offer GSKILL memory Mass Order. Limited Time till 31/5/2011 depend on response. If respose good, order will proceed early. Pls PM me your order. Payment will be through PAYPAL.

Nice RAM kit sir louis! AFAIK it is BBSE chip which can be found on 2133C8 stick.

memtest is useful to determine whether the sticks are outright broken or testing to see if the dram settings stable enough to make it to the OS without corrupting.

Prime95 is the way to go.
*
No. It should be Hynix IC.

It is just served as a info. Shoudn't be a problem under prime but take hours. smile.gif
