For Hash you need low resistance tyres and Nevegal is high resistance for intermediate stuff. I would say ditch the nevegal and get something else or the Nevegal's will bogged you down.

Bearing is busted. Dismantle and bring bearing to SKF shop, near Federal Highway facing Jln 222, beside Technichi shop.

a good saddle means it has to be stiff to support the pelvic bones. The harder/stiffer it is the more comfortable the saddle. the saddle should not flex too much when you are cranking the bike while seated. If it flexes, your butt will not have the support to deliver the power, hence a sore butt due to the seat rubbing your butt. I have tried a couple of saddle and the best is still the SLR Selle with Ti Rail and carbon seat. It does not flex at all and have wonderful support. It is light at only 135g. The carbon rail is 125g.
