because of no display problem... i done that modification on fans coz one of the fans 'kong' and took the external fans and cleaning some part and board....and 'wallaaaa' it work..even more silent from it fans..lucky no one wanna buy it at sell thread...it cost me 0 ringgit just take a few hour to mody ...hahahahhaa....as long not RROD ..try it as u can....cheers

err, even u do that , ur xbox alrdy dead ....
play more few times, ur console will 3 rrod again, i confirm that becos wat u do was i done b4

item been test for a few hour with some games....for time being its stable. Even rrod..its 'berbaloi-baloi' to do this.. it give me 2nd chance to play

myb from wat i understand from skylg8 are multiple fans and open casing can lead to rrod from the way u modi ur xbox 360.

u can use bigger fan wic have stronger air flow, more silent & draw less current when u hv the money to spend on.
added with terowong from heatsink to fan with closed case for better air ventilation IMO r healthier for ur console.
