- higher ups always taichi
- no one wants to take the accountability although in the position which requires them to do so
- everyone got their own agenda
- what seems right to the lower level folks might not be the same for higher level folks
- boss convinces you to do something unethical in the name of getting things done, but saves own ass in the end
