Check the FW version. It could be that newer units already has the FW updated.

I also play Angry Birds on HDMI before. No lagging issues at all.

I will recommend to use Flickr. If you upload to other sites like ImageShack, FB and others it will degrade the photo quality. Flickr in my humble opinion is still the best and if you upgrade to PRO edition (RM 150 for 2 years) you can use it as an online storage and not worry about your HDD fail on you.

BTW, N8 rocks like hell for a beginner photographer. Ever since I got the DSLR, I appreciate the N8 more as it makes taking good photos so much more easier.

Could be the encoding is not compatible with N8. I think Chan Chan knows more about this and can help you out.

Try youtube. I have taken quite a few movie recordings using the N8 at 720p and have played it back with no problems at all. Have you tried recording with the 720p resolution and played it back to test?

Bcoz the N8 is not able to handle all codecs. IIRC, rmvb movies will not play back smoothly.

That's where SJ excels a lot. You do not need to make a lot from the product itself, just the spin off products will make you tons of money. You will find similar tactics in the printer market where buying the toner/ink is almost the price of the printer itself.

I think more suited to tablet or PC environment rather than the smaller screen that we have on the N8. Gave up after 1 hour and uninstalled it.

If you confirm that someone from Nokia will attend then I think you might get a lot of positive responses but be prepared for some havoc lor.

Depends what time it ends. I have an early morning round on Sunday and would not make it before 4pm at least. If need to give out ang pau, then I will definitely make it a point not to go.

Definitely. I can also try out the nifty fifty and the kit lens. I can make it on the 22nd or later in the day on 23rd as I have to go to academy for training on that day.

If on the 16th then I can join you direct at KLCC but my family will want to tag along too. As for the training, I think quite worth it as only RM90 for the training.

If morning then definitely need to be on Saturday morning. Then we have more time to go around other places too.

Wow, really good perspective. That's what differentiate a photographer and a guy with camera (meaning me ). Good photographers can take any equipment and shoot good results while guys with camera just simply snap, snap.
