i thought i posted few page back on how to handle this problem doh.gif

1. at your homescreen press 'Option' den 'Widgets to offline mode'

2. Go to menu ---> Settings ---> Connectivity ---> Settings ---> Switch to Wlan put 'Manual', Data use in home network put 'always ask' , Data use when roaming 'always ask'

i posted step by step how to turn everything off .. so like that only when u press ur widget or application that needed internet connection there will be pop up asking if u want to connect via wifi or 3g ...

herm.. if u set it off it wouldnt have auto connect ...

in connectivity settings you set as i told + WLAN scanning off + at your home screen u set 'Widgets to Offline Mode' .. shouldnt have this problem

how bout do u activated email account in ur phone?
