Usage :
(i) CAPA Q-Strap (Ergo version):
The Quick Strap (Ergo version) takes the weight of heavy DSLR off your neck. This cross-body or sling type strap fits comfortably across your shoulder and torso, positioning your camera on your side. In one swift motion, you can quickly raise your camera into shooting position. Q-Strap takes away the pain off your neck and returns the pleasure of shooting.
(ii) CAPA Double Q-Strap:
The Double Q-Strap takes the weight of heavy DSLR off your neck. It allows you to carry two DSLRs, one on each side. This is ideal for event photographer or photojournalists who need two DSLRs with two different lens.
Features of CAPA Q-Strap (Ergo version):
- Soft & comfortable padding.
- Thick shoulder pad made of complex nylon fabric, designed to be worn.
- Light-weighted. Overall DSLR weight is evenly distributed, and you still fell comfortable even after hours of continuous shooting.

A mounting plate attaches to your camera’s tripod mount. The Q-Strap metal clip then clips on the mounting plate. The Q-Strap metal clip travels along a nylon strap, allowing you to quickly raise and lower your camera.

Not exactly, in some aspect better than the R-Strap: Better mounting method to camera & tripod can still be used!

The CAPA has a different mounting mechanism to the camera, that has the advantages of:
- Better distribution of load (distributed via a plate rather than a knob).
- Allow tripod to be used as it is. While Black Rapid R-Strap, need additional/alternative parts.
- Additional slot on the mounting plate for hand grip.
