guys one major disappointing update here:

otterbox customer service sent me email saying they dont receive the eta  from the marketing team yet. and asked me to be patient. LOL!

i wonder why otterbox service become worse from day to day

the service is damn terrible.. they release the receipt damn fast, and even my CC has been charged.. but till now no shipping details.
sorry mates.. i'll see what i can do again tonight. just i'm not sure if it does affects anything.. coz the customer service keeps on saying they have to get info / details from sales team..

Added on March 1, 2011, 2:17 amjust called them, and they said they have some problem with certain stocks. if I was in the US, they have no problem to send the items separately, but since outside US, they have to make sure everything is complete before they send it out.

I tried asking whether to cancel that particular case, or change to other case, and they said cant because everything has been charged and the shipment cost has been calculated in the total price.

he just said he will try to push the sales team to send other cases first since it's been 2 weeks..

honestly i dunno. the credit card bill has come but the item is yet to arrive. i dunno what is they waiting for. if dun have stock just be honest and maybe we can change to other stuff.

i'll call them again tonight.

finally the parcel has arrived!! too bad they sent to my office hq.. will collect it after work
