woke up this morning and received email from otterbox.. "we are having processing delays due to being closed for a week for inventory. it will be shipped as soon as it is processed"

& i just replied them asking ETA for the delivery and now hv to wait roughly another 9 hours before they can respond~ huhu

yups. just received another email by Otterbox they said to give them another 3 business days as they have yet to ship the products. i just wonder why dont they tell that they are close for a week for inventory check when i did the transaction

there's nothing i can do but sorry to all of u coz seems like we all have to wait for the new ETA by otterbox.

sorry. i already received purchase order and receipt from otterbox. the only missing now is shipment details by fedex.

and if i am to do another bulk, i will only do that once buyers for this bulk receive their cases.. which looks like next week instead of tomorrow!
