as last order only few cases arrived, I had decided to refund few forumers here. this is to avoid long waiting as I cant be sure when the item will arrive. I have ordered and paid for all the items, and once they arrive, I will put them on open sale to anyone. the price might differs because some case I'm pretty sure is hard to sell.. like defender series for dell venue case, or iphone 4 impact case.

to the initial buyers, you are welcome to buy the product when it arrives, at cheaper price. i'm sorry i had no choice but to refund you guys because i want to stress out, you money is a liability to me. it only becomes profit when i have pass the items to you. it's been a burden to me when you guys asking about the update, as I dont get an update from Otterbox itself. Please understand my situation. If you notice my bulk habits, I only do another order once the previous orders has arrived / settled. and since i have use my own cash to cover another 50% of the price (well some of you did paid in full), I also want this to arrive and settle quickly. What I want, is same like what you all wanted, and perhaps even more than what you guys wanted.
