u can wear whatever u want since the lecturer is not really care of what u wear when attending the class....yes jeans,tshirt with no collar are allowed

i have friend that changing course but basically u have to register first then after orientation maybe u can apply change the course.....the course that u want to change to is it in the same school or difference?

Its kinda to do that dude. From non engineering to engineering. I can't promise u anything bout that. To change course from different school, u need to have approvals from both of the dean. But by looking in ur case, I can sense its gonna be hard....
