wanted to find gyms around ss15 area but seems like the only gyms i can get are those FF CF blah blah blah fitness centre
so anyone here knows any ghetto gyms nearby ? or any gyms that are non contract type

When you say SS15, I'm going to assume you mean SS15, Subang Jaya.

To my best knowledge, there aren't any ghetto gyms there, however, there are some less fancy one (compared to Fitness First/Celebrity Fitness), there's a gym in Subang Avenue (further down the road from Carrefour) and there's also another gym in the new building, opposite the road from Shell. I can't remember their names though.

A ghetto gym is where it's at brother. You make it ghetto.

gym in new building ? hmm. i think i will go search for it tmr , anyway thanks for ur information =) , actually quite sad,ss15 got a lot of students but the gyms are quite far

Haha, yeah. I know the feeling. But then again, most of the students in SS15 are relatively well off, so I doubt they'd have trouble forking out the monthly fees for Celebrity or Fitness First. Ahha.

SS14? Hmm.. Nope. Not that I'm aware of. There's a quite famous kickboxing class in SS15 if you're interested in that kinda thing though. Haha.

You can always check out 3K, there's a pay per-entry gym there, and also Sunway Club (not too sure anymore).

But the problem is i m goin to graduate this summer so i dont want to bind with the contract thinggy( after i read the post in the forum,haha,i know how troublesome can the contract be when i try to cancel my membership)

the kickboxing class is somewhere near mcD rite ? actually i m quite interest also

And I'm not too sure about 3K now, last I checked you can pay to enter.

So Anybody can recommend a ghetto gym in Subang Jaya? specifically one near Sunway pyramid? gonna go to TOA next year.I'ma hardcore gainer and wanna find a bodybuilder's gym not a fitness center.That Celeb fitness is friggin expensive.can someone recommend one ASAP?

There aren't any non-commercial gyms in USJ/Subang Jaya area as far as I know.

Your best bet is to join the most economical/logistical commercial gym you can find.

there is a private fitness centre in stadium shah alam. more to club concept. Google it, Xclusive Fitnesz.
