Hi,i'm 18 and I weigh 90kg.i'm very fat,i'm planning to build up my body and strength.I need advice on that.should I do cardio and then start carrying weights or should I start carrying weights now? icon_question.gif

Do them both. More muscle means more fat-loss. And make sure your diet's in check as well.

it's not going to be easy and probably need mths to get the desirable result, but 1 can definitely do it.

for me, i was once 171cm/90kg, took me 5mths to diet to 171cm/68kg...

watch wat u feed urself.

for me, no fast food, soft drink, definitely no supper
forgot to mention no all-time favourite roti prata

Oh Boi, U have a long way ahead to accomplish ur goals. keep a motive fixed, a goal. then works towards it.

just ask question if u're in doubt. and please do seriously refrain from asking simple question where u can get a proper answer from google search. coz it kinda gets in the nerve. Research is the key.

but hey, everybody gotta start somewhere.
