Not training hard enough and not eating enough to build muscle. shakehead.gif

Do you feel muscle sore in the morning after you workout? if not than not enough training.

If you do feel, but u didnt eat right also would be the reason why u didnt grow.

I didnt take whey, only eat chicken, meat, eggs, milk and other protein sources.
Because not enough money to use taxi, I walked tongue.gif
