This will be the downhill of MBTL. Such a waste. To the owners themselves, its either they rent it to PH or they'll go behind on the installments. Short term solution, rent to PH. Long term effects, MBTL will be trashed, poor reputation prop and not much price gain cos not much demand. But who cares, owners are providing accommodation to the world population what?
