QUOTE(sc@pj @ Feb 10 2015, 10:46 AM) All lake facing is 3+1 rooms .... the +1 is a miserable small pigeon hole If it's a canadian pair, it must be Paul. Heard that he's teaching at the international school here. I think I will stay for 6 months or so; and then probably rent out once the price pick up a little .. My next door rented to a Mat Salleh (dunno from where yet) , upstair a Canadian pair ... seemed like its gonna be foreigners village soon ... Hmm ..must learn languages now Is your unit Block 4 or 5? |

QUOTE(Babizz @ Feb 12 2015, 10:14 AM) Boss, The view from our balcony. OSK post the same pic everyday cos its their nicest project.. i think MBTL looks nicer than Mirage Residence KLCC. Truthfully, we were skeptical at first because of how sales agents often overselling something that isn't. Thank God it turn out okay... except the defects of course. Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(schnapps @ Feb 12 2015, 10:12 AM) Mind sharing the agent details who rented this unit out? I bumped into some Singaporeans last weekend at MBTL. They wanted to take a sneak peak of their unfinished units at Block B which are facing the road (The 2 room unit I think).Am looking to rent out mine non lake facing but do not know what the rental rates are. Semi furnished. They plan to dice up the rooms to accommodate more students who can afford the premium. Don't know how that'll end up but that's their plan. |

QUOTE(blowwater101 @ Feb 12 2015, 11:13 AM) this might be a bad idea for both the MBTL resident and the condo owner... Your take makes sense.student might prefer other studio or condos with commercial elements...rich student wont like to squeeze with others and personally I think modify the condo become a student frenly condo is downgrading the condo and lower down the property value. different product for different segment of ppl la Hopefully, by luring more students at MBTL won't turn it into another Cyberia :| Either way, it'll be interesting to see how it'll turn out |

Quick one guys...
Did anyone receive 18 months of Maintenance / Sinking Fund waiver during their SPA / SNP signing? I know a few of us got it... or is it applicable to everyone? *finger's crossed* |

The gym is up & running.
The current residents are having a blast at the Salt Pool during the weekends! The courts... tennis, squash & badminton looks complete but never actually tested them yet. As for the Olympic size pool, the developer's still working on it. |
