Lakevilla is the most expensive one, 2mil++

There is a link villa selling around 1.4mil when i bought my condo, back in June 2013

during that time landed villa only left 3-4units, all sold out within a month. 

News i got from my fren, 1st phase will be completed by end of this year, u can try to check

but i forsee no one will let go with cheap price, bcos shopping mall is coming up...cyber become more vibrant,normally landed investor have good holding power.

There are so many landed project in cyber, ur fren only like mirage ?

concept of mirage is unique but not everyone like it, i agree on that.

Summerglades ar...    i not sure le...the subsale is around 1.1Mil-1.3mil.

If u ask me, i think the characteristic of summerglade is not strong lo...the selling point is super low density, but the landscape is not as nice as the demo video...developer should take k and upgrade the facilities and landscape...many rich buyer might top up to invest in fine products like SEG or Symphony, even for own stay.

I think ppl who is paying Rm1mil+ for their house will expect something diff like nice landscape, club house facilities etc. SG is positioned just slightly above the conventional link house. The maintenance fee - paying Rm 500 or Rm 1k a month don't think it's really big concern for landed million dollar house owner especially RM is really low value nowadays.

if im not wrong it will cost 1k++ per month also...
