I've been told 1084sf condo selling at RM979,000 and for the 1300+sf unit condo selling at RM1175000 before special rebates. To be honest, I think it's selling at a high price. I reckon for that price, you could get a much larger landed property from other projects in Cyberjaya. However, that being said, this is an impressive project and I feel it is by far one of the most beautiful project in that area.

Do you guys think it's still worth it?
