Owners, check your flooring when checking for defects. Or else, like my neighbour, change half the living. Hollow cement underneath...

Hi. .He didnt change tiles himself, he claimed under defects. Now main con doing all the replacement. .blowfly all the tiles match back to original. .

Not sure about other levels, but defects rectification works at my next neighbor so annoying rclxub.gif They even worked on Sunday when I stayed over last weekend!!

For all blocks, I would think location for Unit 3 & 5 (all levels) would be no syiok! Their kitchen windows (#5) and main door (#3) open to garbage room.. Betul betul infront.. bengang!

Also, I think ants is another problem, not sure if temporary or going to be permanent!

Two more defects (not if can call defects or design faults):
1. Kitchen door handle and locks seemed terbalik. The lock on the outside!
2. The water outlet for sink seemed to flow lower than exit at wall (look under your sink)

I'm trying to figure out how to rectify the problem myself. Complain to Setiakon no use, they claimed its the sink's design! doh.gif

Puchong got lots of electrical lighting shop, some do wholesale ..

I got mine from One Puchong ... really cheap.. only RM2500 for 4 fans, lights for 4baths, 3bedrooms, 4 in living, 1 stylish kitchen two walkway and 1utility area plus a chandelier for living too .. rclxm9.gif

Two lifts for each block, Gym & BBQ pit at A3 Level 11. Glass entrance at parking )Basement, GF, MZ) with card access.
Behind lift, Water riser, electrical riser, garbage chamber.

To go to Gym for A5,A4,A3, A1 need to go down to Mezzanine or GF, access again at A3 to gym.

OSK hand over Mirage Block A condo end Oct 14 but to date infra structure for cable TV, Internet not ready. Door access n other general maintenance services not provided yet. How to live in? Wtf 😈😈

Oh sorry to hear that... Block A?
I have a solution to the lockset for kitchen door to utility area which have been wrongly fixed (can access from both sides). Just switch the lockset with one of the room! This is only for Block A lake facing unit only. I'm not sure if other units face the same problem ... hmm.gif

Nope, the room still lockable from inside (unable to use key from outside). There are 3 rooms to choose from anyway...
You know, I check with few owners from A5, not as many major defects such as water leaking... not too sure rest of block .. my next neighbor replacing the whole flooring and cabinets; so messy and dusty! rclxub.gif

Yeah, had the same problem with heater socket; told the Setiakon contractor, he just geleng kepala (follow plan). I reclocated the shower vertical bar and placed water heater over the socket (kautim).... rolleyes.gif

Yes, the toilet bowl is not cemented, apparently new design, just screwed with bolts and nuts ... I oso got them to re cement all of them... if no cement got shitty smell, I knew coz i been staying in every weekend last month!

My past experience tell me, if you complain everything to developers, the remedial works may not be as good as original, perhaps you will have more headaches, these contractors just wanna complete works and hand over....

Haha..one more thing... just ask the Nepalese workers to rectify any small findings here and there; if you make fren with them everything no problem!

I even bribe the guards with drinks everytime i drive in ... icon_idea.gif

My unit? All Kautim. ..No major renovation. Curtain up, furniture in, equipment in, astro up n running, most defects settled. Now enjoying my quiet time at Mirage.
