Got my keys recently. Sky gym, great view and nicely equip. Importantly is the maintenance and people who uses it. Definitely a prestige and classy development. Hopefully the folks who bought and whoever will be staying in are of the same standards.. Haha.

Anyway, many defects. Workmanship overall for condo sub standard.

Sub standard? Aww... we paid for high standard unit wor ....
I hope the wall looks fine...after few years sure can see cracks!

Nice on the outside shit in the inside. Workmanship in my opinion is poor. Too many defects and design fault. My main entrance I believe if pours heavily confirm all wet.
*
Alamak! I'm taking over this Saturday. Hopefully everything is fine ..... btw : did they supply the light fittings as well?

good to know.. looking at the pics from d link with a lot of pics, the tilework looks good n the walls are straight etc..

I think if u are gona stay there than u would repaint the unit la.. so painting isnt a problem
*
My unit pretty fine, I guess. Except for stained toilet bowl n taps. .finishing Ok. Need to re paint to. White is just bit my style. Got 270° view of Putrajaya Lake. Don't like the small bathroom at kitchen, no place to hang clothes. Maybe need to get rid of this toilet. Anyway LOVE the view from living. ... 😊Attached Image

Heard that the big round pool is only for the resident from the villa....not for the condo, is that correct?

Visited block B recently, which is not VP yet.  Workmanship very poor, see lots of leaks....and water stain mark.

How was it in block A?
*
I commented yesterday after handover, Block A5, workmanship considered OK, no leaks though..don't like the white wash paint, I think I need a new coat. Just realised we are missing 1 level (facing lake) due to design..

The salt water pool for all 600+ household in MBTL, a bit too small though if everyone were to swim together... Just feel awkward that it's facing lake villa (got free show 24hours).. the standard and wade pool in Block B under Phase 2.

From A5 to gym at A3 need to access through GF or MZ.. a distance away..

Didn't ask where the rubbish room or tube is... anyone know?

Just checked the original brochure.. mine is 1496sq ft (3+1 rooms). For those with same design, did you find the +1 room a cheat? It's not actually a room, more space for washing machine with narrow area (too small even for baby cot)..and a small toilet out of nowhere. This area is too small for anything.. damn!

I think the design misleading as compared to brochure.. :-(

I think i have paid almost 900k for the view! **bummer me**

Wat a view! Where can you find it in Klang Valley? WEll, in KL, ppls talk about Klcc view or mountain view or golf course view etc. This one surely beat all! It is like Welcome to a brand new world in Klang Valley! It is Cyberjaya!

I have been staying in cyber for 7 years and work in cyber too, indeed like what blowwater said, cyber is really the best place to stay in and work too as compare to anywhere in klang valley, personally think it can even beat mont kiara and bangsar, the whole township is rather new, clean and in proper structure unlike some place whereby u can see the mixture of new and old building/road, last time I do hear lots of people saying that cyber is like ghost town, well, I would say these people probably have nvr been to cyber or came many years ago.

True enough that with all the development in recent years, cyber has become superb place to stay, easy access to lots of places, makan, banks, yum cha, exercise, all no problem, even if I need to go Kl it only takes me 20 mins by using MEX highway, and if I really need to look for more choices in terms of food, it takes me only 20mins to drive to puchong.

Most importantly is safety issue, I do not really need to worry about kena snatched by walking around in cyber, with all decent people here, no traffic jam, main road all straight and wide, I honestly enjoy staying in cyber.
*
Wow! Impressive ... with MBTL, i'm considered Cyberian too? rclxm9.gif

many people are just too stubborn to accept the fact or they are just too jealous to see cyberjaya success on which it will affect their beloved area to boom ( meaning investor/purchaser are scattered)... no wahala ... as long as the folks are happily stay in whatever place they like, its good enough....

not to mention which area are supreme or elite.. just stay where you are comfortable..

Last Saturday, I saw the maintenance guy cleaning the salt pool...pool looks fine, but the water pond in front of lake villa got mosquitoes and flying insects. I wonder if the can sleep peacefully at night with the buzzing?

Who has started reno?
