Hi SC, they mention 7 days. Not sure working days or calendar days. Will update fellow purchasers here.

The staff confirmed that 20 purchasers have collected their keys.

Anyway, many defects. Workmanship overall for condo sub standard.

Frankly, too many to share. But a few prominent issues or shall I say major problems:

1. Pipe leakages. From ceiling and walls.. My unit 4 areas.
2. Kitchen cabinet. Dirty, unaligned, moulded due to water leakages
3. Carpark lot size.
4. Overall painting and visible chips on walls.

Yours facing lake? I should have bought those units.. Awesome view and less notice pollution.

As promised, i will share my VP experience with all.

My defect listing are pretty standard ones.

1. Grouting still tainted with cement/ paint/ silicones
2. Painting uneven
3. Cabinet/ Fixture finishing

Some good points are

1. Both carparks is at G level right in front of lobby. No size issues
2. Surprised i could get some lake view as i purchased the non lake view unit. Actual unit pic below.
3. Staffs are very helpful and attentive. Kudos

Overall experience 7.5/10

My unit pretty fine, I guess. Except for stained toilet bowl n taps. .finishing Ok. Need to re paint to. White is just bit my style. Got 270° view of Putrajaya Lake. Don't like the small bathroom at kitchen,  no place to hang clothes. Maybe need to get rid of this toilet. Anyway LOVE the view from living. ... 😊[attachmentid=4237448]

Congrats .... Looks like a nice place to put your feet up, with a Merlot in hand, after a long day out.

Bro, can share any reason for motivated u to keep MBTL instead of SH?

Cozy Retirement home once my kids leaves for uni. Empty nesters.

Moreover, the facilities in mbtl is second to none, esp the sky gym.

List the rental as RM4,500/month .
Wonder got takers or not?  hmm.gif

That's good price if successfully rented out.

I've got a unit, non lake facing highest floor. Have furnished it fully in February with intention to visit once every fortnight. Have only been there once since.

Wonder how much rental can I fetch for this fully furnish 2bedroom.
