New owner will get the title also in the end. Just that need to go through a longer process.
From developer transfer to the ex-owner/auction bank. Then only another transfer to the new buyer name.

Doen't required anything from the ex-owner.

Last month can win unchallenged at 729k but nobody interested.
Now ended up buying at way higher price. And good luck on the double transfer process.

Bank lelong unit. Mean the borrower didn't pay the bank back the monthly installment. So bank got the choice to force sale this unit to anyone willing to buy.
Majority land in Cyberjaya is Freehold except for Vega (maybe this is the only Leasehold project in Cyberjaya).

This unit auction date will be next week 10 May (Wed).
Monthly maintenance fees + sinking fund is RM458 for this unit.
Outstanding claimable from the auction bank (UOB).

First time got unit here drop to below 300K. And is a big mistake. Expecting more than 10 bidders fight. Good luck.
