New owner will get the title also in the end. Just that need to go through a longer process.
From developer transfer to the ex-owner/auction bank. Then only another transfer to the new buyer name.

So this cost is not include in the lelong price? It will be misc cost that will be paid by new owner later on...

Buyer (via lawyer) will deal with the auction bank and JMB and developer and local council only.
Doen't required anything from the ex-owner.

Last month can win unchallenged at 729k but nobody interested.
Now ended up buying at way higher price. And good luck on the double transfer process.
