you need to test the indoor unit with max fan speed and lowest temp settings...
then go outside to see if the outdoor unit cooling fan and compressor motor are running or not...
if confirmed something on the outdoor unit faulty...
1. compressor motor might be faulty
2. compressor motor capacitor might be faulty
3. compressor motor starter (relay or contactor) might be faulty
4. cooling fan might be faulty
5. no or low gas
6. blocked gas pipe
