My aircon technician checked the connections and piping and all ok (no leaking, electric supply is there to the input of the compressor). He suggested me to call up Daikin support. I did and now waiting for them to respond. However, just want to check with this forum to see if anyone has the same experience and what is the root cause. I don't want to get conned or given lame excuse by Daikin ppl.

I don't think there is a fuse inside the outer unit. There is only circuit breaker that protect both.
