if whatever hdmi monitor u are getting got sound output as well (usually its a 3.5mm stereo output)...
then u dun nid any extra accessories to get sound
just plug whatever speakers u have into the monitor and configure the monitor settings

if ur lucky the sound out may even be in hdmi as well, although ive not seen any such monitors like this yet... only lcd and plasma tvs
