If it's approved by Sirim, it should be legal.
If it's not approved by Sirim, when you import the item, you need to go to Sirim and get it approved. |

ohw..like dat..means all electrical related item need to be approved by sirim 1st?..i saw a lot of these inverters must be imported from china..

yea, have to la. If not, then when u import in the item, custom will keep it till you provide the Approval Permit (AP) from sirim. If not they will confiscate or you can reject shipment to be sent back to the sender.
