what to do, I'm totally out of shape with once about 96KG last month, height 174cm.
I'm Lazy and love to eat, I eat a lot every meal.
even now I cant stop to take good food. so what I can do now?
perhaps just swim almost every day.
since last month I have decided to swim in Kelana Jaya Public Pool for every day, but not everyday i can make it. so perhaps I have to take a log here to oversee my process. XD

Weight: 96 (two months ago, now I really dare not to measure it)
Height: 175cm
30/12: minimum 10 Laps freestyle.
31/12: minimum 10 Laps freestyle
hope any expert feel free to recommend.

6 laps continuous freestyle
rest for 15 mins, chat with friends,
then continue
4 laps continuous freestyle.
done for the day.

No laps due to interference. (OMG)
then went to SS2 Pasar Malam to eat junks.
wasted the efforts for past two days.
