Need some help here,

Back 3 weeks ago I ordered something from HLJ and AmiAmi on Jan 19, both of them is shipped under SAL and is paid on Jan 20. I ordered around RM400~ from AmiAmi and RM150~ from HLJ.
AmiAmi shipped my item on Jan 21 where HLJ shipped it 3 days later on Jan 24.
I was away for chinese new year from Jan 31 - Feb 6.
The SAL from HLJ arrived on Last Wednesday on Feb 9, where the larger item from AmiAmi has not arrived despite being shipped earlier.

From my bucket of past experiences, Pos Malaysia dropped my SAL parcels outside my house before when I was at home, twice. Sleeping with the wooden door opened and gate closed to show sign of someone is at home. My house is a corner-lot, there's even once the postmen tossed my parcel into my weather covered fence garden with old western coffee table, and I found it later while I was cleaning my house...

So I would like to ask,

i) If the item arrived on 3rd day of chinese new year or around somewhere while I was gone, will the postmen take my item back to post office if no one is at home?

ii) Or they will just leave it infront of my house? The place where I live has security fence around our neighborhood and there's even a guard house in-front of my house, I was wondering if my parcel has been stolen if the postmen actually dropped the parcel knowing nobody is at home =.=

ii) The SAL item from AmiAmi is heavier and bigger then HLJ, even it is posted earlier, there is a possibility that SAL from AmiAmi will arrive later then HLJ? it has already been 4 days since HLJ's SAL arrived.

I used EMS 3 times before, the item arrived 10 days later in a terrible condition, the cardboard box dented so figure box dented too...kinda frustrated back then and lost faith towards EMS (where SAL arrived 11 days with better condition)

The Item itself is 9000+ yen from AmiAmi, there is a possibility kastam trapping my item? I have past experiences my item passed with the value of 11000 yen.

Kay, so now I would like to ask if I were to call to Pos Malaysia to check on my item, how should I do it? Which branch to be appropriate? I live in USJ Subang Jaya, will be glad if anyone could provide me the tel number for it. Or it isn't going to help at all?

Anyway, the item is 3 box of nendoroid worth up to 9000 yen.

All 3 of my EMS ranged between 7 days-10 days, never had 3-5 days before
I hope my nendoroid got delayed instead of kena stolen by someone despite there's a security guard house infront my house...(maybe the guard curi my nendo )

Erm so will Pos Malaysia help me if I were to call them and ask about it? I wanted to ask about whether there is a parcel for me stucked in their office and not out for delivery yet. Will the kaki tangan there answer me?
