Conclusion: if your notebook's GPU is using Thermal Conductive Interface Pad, then u just replace it back with new 3M Thermal Conductive Interface Pad 5590H.
if your notebook's CPU is using Thermal Grease / Thermal Compound, then u just replace it back with new Thermal Grease / Thermal Compound.

Yup...uses ArcticClean to clean out those used Thermal Grease / Thermal Compound.
