Hi guys,
How do I setup the Ipad to access a local server's website?
1. For the server, the website is setup in IIS with the host header "develop.demo.com"
2. For PC and laptop in office, we add value in the hosts file:
192.168.2.6 develop.demo.com
3. How can I access develop.demo.com using Ipad when it is connected to the LAN WIFI without changing iPad hosts file?
Thanks.

Why not just access the server via its IP address, e.g. http://192.168.2.6?

QUOTE(kmrdeva @ Jan 3 2011, 04:40 PM) Why not just access the server via its IP address, e.g. http://192.168.2.6? The admin mapped the same IP to a few website: http://192.168.2.6 - develop.demosites.com http://192.168.2.6 - develop.prototysites.com In PC/Laptop , we change the host file.
