There are many To Do List apps in AppStore and its too pricy to buy and trip apps...

Anybody have any recommendation which is the best To Do List apps?
Requirement for To Do List apps
- Can set title, priority, due date, & notes features
- Can set status (e.g. Complete) features
- Bonus if have reminder features
- Can sync between iPad & iPhone

Feel free to add if you have any idea on the To Do List apps features...
