Your cabinet done? Below is what I did, get contractor to hack the wall and place a 2 inch PVC pipe behind the location where I'm placing your TV, the pipe lead downwards into cabinet glass covered compartment. All cables will head that direction, power sockets can all be located inside the cabinet too but mine is above the cabinet.

Thanks for your compliment Bro. The contractor quoted one lump sum for entire unit reno thus not easy to get the specific amount plus this was done 4 years ago. The cabinet alone won't cost you much, just make sure you have the route for all your wiring taken into consideration.
