Your cabinet done? Below is what I did, get contractor to hack wall and place a 2 inch PVC pipe behind the location of my TV, the pipe lead downwards into glass covered compartment. All cables will head that direction, power sockets can all be located inside the cabinet too but mine is above the cabinet.

Bro, mind to share how much you pay for your TV cabinet? Simple & neat.  thumbup.gif

Thanks for your compliment Bro. The contractor quoted one lump sum for entire unit reno thus not easy to get the specific amount plus this was done 4 years ago. The cabinet alone won't cost you much, just make sure you have the route for all your wiring taken into consideration.

I've not done it but decided how to do it already. First of all, i wont hang my TV to the wall, just sit on the cabinet top, hence not much wire expose here. For the socket, i will hide inside the cabinet ( difficult to reach but still can) and make a control switch just beside the cabinet to control all the socket ( at least only one switch is visible )....Hope this is convenience for me...
Thks for the sharing anyway

No problem, glad you have things worked out. Smart move for a main control switch to avoid digging inside cabinet. Mind posting your masterpiece here for sharing?
