WTA how long is the warranty period provided by palit .
i bought the card on 9/2009 ,
still able to warranty ?

Palit have 2 Years(24months) of warranty. It should be available until September 2011.

You can either go to Palit Dealer(if you can find) or I would say go back to the shop which you bought your GPU(Graphic Card) and ask about it.

You could try to send to Convergent. Check the card for which distro it belongs to.

yeah, 1 of the dealer/distributor of Palit. There is another one. It's over Amoda now. Not at Lowyat Plaza.

check the behind of the card, there should be a sticker indicating the distro

how to check , i mean which sticker ? only can see the sticker which if tear it will void warranty and serial number ?

i found the sticker behind the card .
it only show year and month .
never show what is the name
got a logo , but i don't know how to describe it , seems like a lot of triangle

look carefully at the year/month sticker. It always have some sort of markings to show who it belongs to. It won't show the name like convergent or asus or seagate word. It will usually show short forms like "c" or their logo. If you are not sure, take a picture of it and post it here.
