Ivan92, the car in the pic above would be from the Brunei consulate in KK.
CC stands for Consular Corps. The first set of digits would be the country code (e.g. 58 for Brunei).

QUOTE(ALPCA4266 @ Jan 21 2009, 01:15 PM)

(f) Diplomatic vehicles have two numerals denoting the Embassy (see Table 2a), a hyphen, up to three numerals and the letters CC, DC, PA or UN:
white on red    - members of Diplomatic Corps (serials up to 99) (see Table 2c)
white on black - mission owned vehicles (serials from 101 upwards)
white on black - members of the Consular Corps (serials from 201)
white on black - Consular Corps owned vehicles (serials from 401)

On mission owned vehicles the first numeral of the second set indicates the city in which the Consulate is located:
CC series
1  Kuala Lumpur
2  Penang
3  Kota Bharu
4  Kota Kinabalu
5  Kuching

Table 2a (diplomatic codes) -----sorry they're out of order. thta's waht happened when I cut and pasted

Perhaps the owner is getting a nicer number for his Bentley, so he put AFE 1 on the 7-series.

But maybe he sold this number because i saw that 7-series in a malay house somewhere in NS...

I saw BEN7134 several months back. The owner had distorted the 4 a bit to make it look like a Y. Guess what car it was on!

It is actually a plate for an anniversary for something... But I have forgotten what anniversary it is. I know it is limited edition though.
