I think it is referring to Metrofi 200vi which is an inline version with microphone of Metrofi 200. If i'm correct it's design before Jerry Harvey left Ultimate Ears and sold it to logitech while the UE200 is the newer version design under logitech which should carry a newer sound if it is the same as certain model such as UE700. I believe the performance wise it should be more or less the same, maybe just in the different of sound signature.
